Not familiar with all your top 5 breweries I most definately agree with your no 5 choice. I usually have a dog fish head 60 min Imp IPA with lunch at my local pizza place in Flagstaff, Arizona, where I live. I have enjoyed the 90 and 120 min dogfish head IPA as well at a beer place I found by accident while driving around north of Atlanta, GA, last summer. Had a Stone IPA with dinner last night at another restaurant in town. I will check out the selection of IPA's from you top 3 choices as well ASAP. Great Blog. (Tobias from Sweden)
